Usually I use smartlocks, but for this type of volume, I'm thinking more typical locks that have a set of codes. 

Do you get any volume discounts or better service due to the volume of your business from the current providers, that might be something to consider. not sure if that is even a thing for lawyers though.

I run accurate comps, send offers daily and can search basically anything I need to make a deal if need be.

Transaction volumes continue to be slowed with days on market increasing, but Sellers are remaining defiant and not coming off too much of their higher prices.

I'm just really glad I am not running the daily operations.

And this doesn't even hit on the dealing with contractors side, which need daily oversight if you want things done correctly.  

The market is VERY strong now for townhouses and villas but I would stay clear from apartments as we have so many in the market and more launching daily....So I bought my own property here in Dubai last year, an offplan townhouse at 2.1 mill aed , today it is worth 3 mill aed!

On a more enterprise scale, I employ RevMax software as well as a fractional revenue manager who looks at the prices daily on a market level and a comp set level. 

After reading Brandon and Brian's book, The Multifamily Millionaire, Volume II: Create Generational Wealth by Investing in Large Multifamily Real Estate, I'm a bit puzzled as to if the GP's must have real estate experience, or if someone can connect enough professionals/companies on their team to execute successful investments.

I wanted to start tracking my daily hours in the business and wanted to understand HOW I need to do this so it gets approved come tax time.
