Outside of heating issues, I don’t expect much.

It's all the agents that leave your lights and heat/a.c. on and doors wide open.  

He wants us to install permanent heating in all the bedrooms which will cost alot of money that we don’t have.

You don’t want to have to repair their dishwasher, heat system etc in when you’re putting in a new one, anyway.

This formula is already in place for water, but here's the issue with gas -- both units use gas heat, however only one unit has a gas range/stove (the other unit has electric).
