It’s usually best to open a separate business checking account so your rental income and expenses stay organized and away from personal funds.

Your tenants should have this responsibility.

Have you checked to see what others are doing in the immediate area on VRBO and AirBNB?

There may be tax implications to that maneuver, so check with a CPA.
