And @Omar Khan you make me think the same thing which is fairly disturbing to me because I've heard your name mentioned as a 'financial expert'  around multi-family properties.Are you saying that it's in anyway ok to be dishonest or mis-leading or immoral just because the banks are?

Currently my biggest fear is losing capital due to dishonest seller, issues with collateral file causing inability to collect on loan,..etc.

I don't know your experience level, but if you are surprised, it means that she is not very experienced in sales or the business world and should have taken more time to learn about you, but that doesn't make her dishonest, just sloppy.She is entitled to her commission, and moreover, she probably has to charge one because the broker where she parks her license will probably impute one whether she charged you or not.

Thank you for your input as a rookie getting into this you say not having to deal with headaches but in reality a vacant apartment is still a headache and a pm who is dishonest and constantly hitting u with inflated repair cost is a headache so even with a pm thier are still headaches.. but I thank you for your input I very much appreciate the education u guys and girls are giving me.
