While every project is unique, the basics he highlighted are essential parts of any construction contract.

Courses and webinars are great if you're getting basic information to help start you off, but you'll never truly retain the information if you don't apply it.

But it would be nice to have access to the software and a place to basically wholesale the ones you don't want for yourself.
