My banker will be happy we have more built-in equity on our LTV.We will lose a few customers, but even if those units never rented again, we will be farther ahead with the rate increase.

You are experiencing what many fall victim to in the DSCR world when certain loan officers or banks try and broker DSCR loans when they are not well versed.A DSCR loan has to be underwritten up front by the Banker or Loan officer and many fail to run the numbers correctly or at all.

Have your broker or banker pull and send you rent comps / market concessions / etc. from like kind / vintage / size properties in the immediate neighborhood surrounding your asset in Baton Rouge, and then make a value judgement on whether you have room to push.

Mom and popIf you want in-person training and offices and more camaraderie, bib box like KW, Coldwell Banker, etc are good options to start (you will leave after one year).If you are mobile and doing a lot and want to work freely, but have a ton of online support, cloud brokerages are great and have better splits like eXp and Real.
