With all the lawsuits, scams, and violent attacks on agents recently, nobody should be surprised about these changes unless they’re clueless about current events.

Dan, I've seen you attack ADUs as an investment vehicle here and on other posts, and I think you've maybe lost touch with what's happening with ADUs -- at least in Los Angeles.Just to share some boots-on-the-ground information with you:Appraisals are beginning to account for the real value of an ADU because ADUs are very attractive to traditional homebuyers.

Once you have a nice nest egg, you can attack this from a position of strength.

I HOPE you understand this is not an attack on you.

So, I see no need to take the bait on the personal attacks.

You personally attack people like Nancy Gonzales for not being an expert, but I have personally partnered on deals with her and know she made more money on one deal with me than the average american makes in a year.

Like prop 13 it is regularly under attack.
