At the sametime when Amazon was $10 a share,  he said he did not understand how it was worth even $10.

So I have gotten a few PM's about folks looking forward to what I see for Amazon Prime Day.

There are multiple billion dollar companies dumping money into the city, such as Intel, Google, Honda, and Amazon.

Now we're seeing incredible population and job growth and major companies moving and developing here like Intel and Amazon - great macroeconomics and strong rental demand.

There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc).

The market is on fire because of great macroeconomics - population growth, job growth, and companies moving and developing here like Intel, Google, Facebook, Amazon, Honda, etc.

Population is growing and the job market is strong (major employers developing like Intel, Amazon, Meta, etc.)

Might have to look into this...I'm still over here getting a new card for the $200 off of $500 in the first 3 months and borrowing free money for a year lol I've always done cash-back and just make sure I use the card w/ the highest percentage for whatever I'm buying - I think Amazon is 6-7% back (depending how how fast you want it delivered), Wal-mart had a good one (5% back) there but I believe their partnership w/ CapitalOne just ended, Costco has a good one (4% back and I think 7% on gas). 

I met with three different realtors and finally decided on what is essentially a large studio with sunken living room and a loft with ladder steps up to it so it could possibly sleep six if I purchase a pullout couch.
