Hi Alex,A TIC structure is certainly a great suggestion and we can look into the differences and analyze them further at a later date but from what I have seen, there is the potential for manipulation by the stronger investors since unanimous voter approval is needed to make any major decisions whereby the DST structure had no voter approval and the investors are purely passive.
