Hi, I was wondering, since many prospects are now using the Internet, how others are doing with Investor Carrot websites and Google Adwords PPC marketing to bring in seller leads.

Otherwise spend your money on the brute force adwords campaigns.

This has lead to about 1 deal per month from Google Adwords and my rankings are now very high.  

Do you plan to use Adwords ppc?

I get more inquiries from them than any other place.Start a Google + page and post to it frequently.You can always do Google Adwords, but that gets expensive quickly.

For example, in my area, very few people run a Google Adwords campaign.

Use Google AdWords to drive traffic to your site.

I don’t currently have money to get google AdWords or Facebook ads.

If the competition is too strong then I would look into long tail keywords and start building your brand from there.I would hold off on google adwords until you understand your online market.
