YNAB has a iPhone/Android apps to log your purchases wherever you go and if you forget, it only takes me about 15-20 minutes every week to catch up.

People are shortsaling left and right barely before they foreclose and moving into cheaper rentals or mutlifamily co-ops and sharing with multiple generations in the family to make their welfare checks cover overprice iphones androids and lux vehicles.Are rents really falling in Denver, already?

I use deal check. it's an app for android devices. it cost me like 10$ and its great. it can upload straight from the MLS or you can input manually.

It appears to be similar to Cozy, but offers free background and credit checks (no cost to landlord or tenant), and also has a decent android application (cozy does not). 

AirBnB is one of the faster growing startups and its iPhone app (not sure about android) used to be one of the top and most active apps.
