I also find it ironic that people claim this is about being able to "entertain" even though people today hardly entertain at all, while people 70 years ago entertained a great deal and seemingly with no issues despite their kitchens not being integrated into their living rooms.

I will say that FortuneBuilders gave me the kick in the a** I needed to move forward--that's what 25k of debt will do to a person :) ...but ironically everything I really learned was by networking locally and doing deals.
