they are usually paid for performance.. but some bigger outfits actually bring them in as employees with bonuss'everyone has to eat and pay for gas.

Even worst, the property had no gas because we were still making repairs.

I am replacing my 75K BTU, 80% efficiency, natural gas furnace.

I have this idea for building a box that I can sit on top of a RV gas stovetop and make homemade pizzas in.

However, many states, including Texas, have a law known as the "statute of frauds" which requires that some contracts must be written to be valid.So my understanding is for a real estate transaction to be valid it must be in writing even with a rental agreement so anything verbal is NOT binding and is just out of good faith.

I am glad my concerns are validated and I’m not just completely crazy.  

Smell of gas, run out of the house ASAP.If the foundation wall is bowing out, lateral cracking, or crumbling; you have a foundation issue.

Maybe my concerns about the Airbnb demographic are no longer valid?
