I usually discuss noise on showing bringing up that the building is older , noise travels, and people need to get up in the morning to work so night time is quiet time.

If you keep failing  after you offer you might have to go elsewhere and budget for property management that is experienced and who you can trust and call regularly to ask how it is going so you do not have to do a bunch of traveling.If you have got to travel, you should consider the bigger towns in Texas.

I have spent my life in the military, and then college, and then traveling for work and for pleasure, and soaking up all that there is to see and learn and do in the world... essentially doing anything but learning to build wealth, and setting down roots somewhere.

I know some of the mediocre craigslist photography was a big turn off for me while I was looking for places to rent, so if you're looking to step your photography game up in between tenants in the Florida Keys (prefer upper and middle keys at the moment, but could be willing to travel to the lower keys for the right opportunity), shoot me a message on here.I would also be willing to help with light cleaning if necessary in between tenants.
