*Are there rules that govern how a bank can hand out mortgages and compete with other lenders?

Hey all -I'm trying to get a few paydays wholesaling before beginning fix and flipping, and I wanted to get the community's opinion on something: I'm working on building a buyer's list, & I've seen it mentioned about making buyer request sheets to hand out at REIA meetings - This is what I'm thinking mine would consist of;1) Buyer's name & contact info2) Zip codes or County Buyer prefers his deals to be in3) Class of property; SF,MTF,Commercial4) Their ideal/maximum buy amount; i.e. $50K-100K, $150K-250K, etcAny other info I should include?

Never has worked, never will.Giving a handout would be seen as much 'nicer and more humane' to someone in need rather than asking them to WORK and get PAID. 

I personally did much of what the OP listed, plus I went out there to trade shows, conventions, and or any possible event that I could find within a 5-hour driving radius when I first started in the business.

Sadly, the left in CA wants all housing to be subsidized for everyone and to control all zoning laws stripping away local zoning authority to give free handouts to all. 

There's tons of people waiting on the sidelines for a hand out.

Print another trillion and let those who work hard and understand the system prosper, while those who want a hand out complain.
