.• Composition roofs require more maintenance than tile roofs• Properties in climates with hard freezes require more maintenance than properties in milder climates.• Properties in locations with a lot of moisture require more maintenance than properties in dryer climates.• Wood siding requires more maintenance than aluminum or stucco siding.• Properties with lush vegetation require more maintenance than properties with little or no vegetation.Below is a typical Las Vegas single family home.As you can see, there is not a lot to maintain.

The person did some "repairs", and during the next rain, instead of the ceiling having the dripping issues, the water seems to have started running down the side of the wall (evidenced by the paint bubbling)l.We left the apartment very clean, and move in ready, apart from some smudges on the tile (It was raining heavily the days we moved).

The color is neutral and looks nice and goes with everything and now I don't have to even think about paint color.For kitchen and bathroom, I use ceramic tile and it's the same tile that goes in each house.

That does not qualify.There's no statutory holding period but the pattern and nature of your activity will demonstrate whether your intent was to hold the property or to resell it.

 $5,000 (could go with cheaper laminant and save $1,500)4) Gut the two small bathrooms $7,000 (Replace bisque jetted bath tub with white standard tub, reframe leaky tile shower, replace vanities/ toilets.)5) resurface kitchen cabinet doors $1,6006) granite counter top ~$3,0007) Remove structural wall separating living rooms $2,0008) GE appliances $2,200There is other work to be done (HVAC, foundation, paint etc.) but items above are the ones with potential for cost savings.

Good thing we installed cheap carpet, the tile floors only had to be cleaned, because they couldn't destroy it.Also don't put landscaping just throw gravel because they won't take care of it.
