@Eugenia Koo, in the 4 pages PDF "Seattle Department of Construction and Inspection, Tip 116A", in the second page you can see that the electrical circuit breakers and temperature controls must be located in the dwelling unit.

You can do you site work at the same time that you're building your container home off site.I've talked to a number of builders that complain about the amount of welding and metal work involved with shipping container homes.

One thing I would recommend before going through with that though would be to contact a pool company who does solar installations and see what temperature gains you could expect on a pool your size.

I'm not crazy about the new name - we only hold single-family homes - but other than that they essentially just took the Cozy platform and welded it onto their background; virtually everything in payments & properties looks the same.
