There is what they call a stay on the property in residential cases for at least 30 days.

I'd love to hear any thoughts on my strategy if you'd stay away from Multi-family or if that's the right call.

Hi - You seem like a great candidate for whats called a "DSCR Loan" that looks primarily at the rental income of the property and not at all at personal or W2 income. 

I had the intro call with them on Monday.
