I’m trying to move away from it, but was wondering if other people knew how to do it

I've finally found an auction property I'm interested in, and I’m ready to make a move!

I'm more willing to move off  "LLC B" property because of the work required to keep this going. 

We moved plumbing, adding electrical, and added new appliances in the kitchen. 

But with three partners and one looking to move into the property it will probably be complicated.

One tenant moved out giving me the ability to rehab theirs + raise What was the outcome?

I just moved a kid out last month after just five months in the rental because he was problematic.

We are just starting to research and plan for a move out to the southeast somewhere, still in early planning phase. 

However, prices on $1M homes haven't really appreciated all that much and we are looking to move to something much smaller near where our kids go to school. 

If you do want to move forward with this property, one recommendation I would get is to find a local contractor with experience that you trust and have him advice you on the scope of work that may need to be done as well as the cost it would take.
