Has any of you lost sleep over tis issue that commercial loans are only 10 years and ot 15 or 30 years like residential. 

The tenants income is not sufficient to support the rent payment so I used the temporary housing agency as their income qualifier.

I think five days is more than sufficient but definitely put a hard date in the demand letter.

Probably not because it would be extremely hard to prove and not worth the time and effort so then it becomes more of a moral question for you.If I were weighing whether or not to stay in and bought a house because there was a relatively good chance that I would, then I would not lose sleep if my plans changed and I wound up getting out and moving before my year was up.

I'd be thinking back about my concerns about spending money on egress and then I'd never be able to sleep again.
