Cancel any subscriptions you may have (gym, cable, etc), stop eating out, get a second job or start a side business.

You could get 1 QBO Plus subscription and track each individual company's transactions using the location/business tracking feature. 

You can buy a software subscription ($10/month I believe) that notifies you whenever a person or car arrives at the property.

Maybe I was mistaken when he mentioned 401k’s but He referenced section 401(a) of the IRS code and he completed our subscription agreement and filled it out as irrevocable (over revocable).Curious to hear from @Brian Eastman or another expert in the area.

We kept it very low cost so if someone doesn’t like it they can end their subscription or give them their $ back.
