Lending institutions have their own operating policies and procedures for loaning their money based on their perception of what is prudent (for them) and what is not. 

Let's face it if your perceptions of both of those places was really high you'd have invested the effort.

(Defensive mode here) The difference in the initial perception of the deals stems from the presentation of the data to me.

I understand there are four wealth generators of real estate investing which you mentioned, but I suppose my perception of cash flow could be off.

Only issue (and you'd know this being an agent) is buyer's perception is often that Goodman is a low rung brand, if you were to sell it anytime fairly soon!
