We got a shaman to come in and it turned out there were 4 ghosts including the previous owner who had passed away there and the original owner of the house who had died there during child birth.

They do qualify you based upon the cash flow of the property, but they have high origination fees, prepayment penalties and higher interest rates than conventional.

They are being overly optimistic in their new projection just like their original projections.

Also, you can seek an exception from most DSCR lenders and they get approved at a high rate, it will just come with an increased origination fee (usually .5% for exceptions) or a interest rate add on. 

If it were mine, I would have the same company come out that did the install and refurbish the area back to its original condition.

The point is, in these types of markets, original or slightly enhanced kitchens are adequate.

I originally got into real estate for the investing aspect of it.
