I just recently revisited some of my older notes and deal analysis' and saw that this foreclosure was never scooped up and that it is now an REO.

If you're like most people, you probably open your mail standing (or sitting) next to the trash can... sorting through the obvious junk mail and bills as you keep a hawk eye out for checks.

In the three years we've been in rentals we haven't had to re-visit one of the used appliances we put in, so its working for us.Randy

I've seen new incoming building inspectors revisit multi units just sold for nothing more than an exercise in justifying their existence.

Should we go that route, i will revisit this board to give recommendation for him.

As long as you revisit and investigate why those mistakes happened AND act upon improving them on the next deal, you should be golden.

On the first one I did I went from 1 (in CA) to 3 (in TX).The day I got the finalized contract for the sale (and had great confidence of it going through-there was a separate payment to me that would be forfeited if they failed to close-but credited to purchase price) I revisited 8 properties in 2 days and started writing offers.I didn't see the "locked up" equity as a problem.

This gives me pause and many thoughts on revisiting properties that were removed from my radar.

I needed to revisit a few I had downloaded anyway.
