Sounds like I need a stronger resume to receive a HML or to piggyback off of @Rob Beeman, if I can find a great deal where the rehab can be completed within 65% of the ARV then it seems lower risk.

It is a very effective sales pitch.For the record, I have not been able to find any substantial information related to your experience online anywhere.This is just one person's view point but I'm not sure I am going to go completely re structure my business based off the advice of one who's only been practicing law for under 2 years with little resume (available online anyway) to show for it.
