If it is a bird then duct tape a clear/white bag over a pre cut rectangle at 16oc by 3 inches high when the sheet rock falls into the bag the bird should follow if not just use heavy gloves to capure it and release outside

I might try to spray paint the light fixtures and door knobs.I'm not skilled enough to remove all of the facuets without damaging them, but might try to concoct some way to spray paint then with plastic bags to protect what I don't want painted (the sink).
