If it’s been three years you may need to repaint.

Stuff wears out (exterior paint/roof/flooring), you have to repaint and fix holes in the wall when you turn over tenants, without fail within the first 3 months of rent it out something will break.

I will add that my handyman skills aren't the best as when there plumbing issues I typically called a company to fix it and had to deal with water leaking into the unit below ours (we have resolved the issue and are making renovations to the unit including the shower, kitchen, and also repainting some stuff).

I cleaned it up, replaced gutters, put in runoffs, painted basement, replaced roof and shutters, repainted the inside.

Both times, there was a lot of stuff left behind and we had to haul away a lot of junk, repaint, etc.

Repainted the interior of the home as well as the entire wooden deck outside.

Repaint everything creamy white including the cabinets.

You will be constantly sanding and repainting.
