Just check (and obey) your post-great recession state regulations.

We all seem to be jaded by living through the great recession.

If the Great Recession didn't take down the commercial market, what do you think a typical recession would do? 

Is this attempt to avert recession setting us up for another glut of liquidity and uncontrolled inflation?

It has beaten the current recession this nation is in, if you want to call it that.In regards to area used to grow corn, the Midwest farming market is NOT running at full capacity.

They will throw everything at the economy to prevent another Great Recession.

However during the recession, I struggled, not only to make ends meet but to keep food on the table and keep from losing everything I owned.  

its was master planned for quite a few more units than were eventually built.. the developer I worked for tanked in 1990 recession. 

Scraping it etc was a waste of time so strapping & new drywall was the fastest & cleanest solution.I also did the popcorn ceilings as well.I replaced all the old metal electrical outlets prior to the rehab so I could recess them correctly before the new drywall went up.

I still see potential in the Atlanta market although it has rebounded a lot since the recession so don't expect to clean up with rock bottom prices.
