Spend some time on the rehabs - prioritizing and see if there is a way to give you some breathing space/time.

I would prioritize finding an accountant who specializes in real estate taxation over one that is local.There are 20+ accountants on this message board who specialize in real estate taxation.

Prioritize and execute, make sure to familiarize yourself with your local MLS, broker's systems,CRMS, and your own way of operating your business.

With the gov't announcing $1,200 per person payments, $500 per child, and expanded unemployment benefits, we believed all tenants should still be prioritizing their rents, immediately after food.

I'm hoping we can all collaborate on this and get some educated answers.

All it requires is the correct collaboration between the IRS, HUD, and government programmers.  

Particularly in times like these it would be good to see more cooperation, collaboration, and a view that works towards expanding the pie than carving out a diminishing slice of it.
