We have noticed that all types of government tenants are more likely to complain about indoor air quality issues, and almost all of the complaints are bogus.

They don't respect you, prevent you from ever leaving and prevent you from controlling your own credit card.This was a total trap.

I wouldn't let the tenant-friendly ish policies in WA prevent me from being a landlord here. 

As a parent to do this for a child, it is only acceptable if the child has a documented disability which prevents them from being able to work/ earn income.if parent/borrower is in one state and the child is in another state, i don't think this is an issue.

The first pillar is avoiding unnecessary and risky activities (don't drink and drive, insurance generally won’t cover your poor decisions) and take good care of your investments(maintain your property, etc) - these simple steps will help you prevent lawsuits before they even occur.

After purchasing, I removed all the radiators, boilers, and the large oil tank, then installed 2 central heating/cooling system's with air duct's throughout the entire home. 

All I did was take 10,000 sign some papers and created 150,000 in equity out of thin air.

Providing clear instructions and specifications helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that everyone is on the same page.

Additionally, installing a makeup air system along with a ducted vent hood seems impractical and costly.I've considered alternative options such as a recirculating vent hood, but I'm concerned about its effectiveness in removing grease and smoke.
