We've both spent 100+ hours through various means over the past year - are we able to run a cost segregation study that would benefit both of us from a tax write-off perspective or only the person who spent the most time?

It shows that you're resourceful and can give others some good perspective, too.

Okay just to keep things in perspective, I think Pacific Heights - fictional Hollywood thriller not based on a true story - is a great example of  "1990 in cinema" or "Films featuring Melanie Griffith," but maybe  not a great example of what happens when you wait a day or two to figure out a best course of action to deal with people.

I appreciate the different perspectives and can understand why this may not be the best partnership to enter into. 

I think it's a great perspective to look at all of the other benefits as well for the long term.

Even some at the cutoff around my age that tried to be hip have diverged drastically in mindset and perspectives.
