We shared a common vision and strategy for what we want our real estate businesses to look like down the road.The point of this post is to do a little research on BP to see who's in the town that you're traveling to.  

Then you can get the owner to retire or someone else to be a private backer on the loan.See if friends or family will buy into your vision and invest with you.

That's not to say a Forced Appreciation Artisan™ could not make a decent go of it - it's possible, but so much more possible when you go into it with a very clear vision of what's wrong. 

So here is my mission statement and vision statement. please be brutally honest about you think.Mission statementTo buy real estate that is in rough condition at a reduced price for the purpose of remodeling and selling for the largest profit possible.vision statementI use my construction knowledge, contracting skills and managerial skills to accomplish financial freedom in a profitable real estate business that allows me to do what I have a passion for.

Over lunch one day I shared my vision of buying Multi family and apartment buildings that are seller financed and using private money from some investors I know,  that are looking for a better return on their dollars, to cover the down payment, closing costs and repairs/improvement.This peaked his interest in expanding his search criteria outside of what he specializes in and within a day he had a sweet triplex within a few miles of my office/shop.

The individuals I hear on the podcasts and meet through the forums share my vision of wealthbuilding through real estate, at the same time as they surprise me with their diverse backgrounds and down-to-earth sentiment.

Although this may sound like a big goal I have a vision for its development and growth.
