Whatever you decide I am sure it will work out as long as you do it with passion. 

I want to help people get started in a business I feel passionate about.

I am a currently holding a temporary contract position as a Registered Nurse, as I would like to get out of the profession due to lack of passion for the job.

I am not sure my passion would be there with RE. 

The best strategy is the one that you can ideally start now and that you are the most passionate about and understand.

Right now we are focused on educating ourselves and connecting with others that have a passion for real estate and/or experience house hacking on the north side of Chicago.

One additional item rarely mentioned is passion.

I too have a burning passion for multi family properties but my team and I have been focusing on STR’s.

We live in the Miami FL area, and we are passionate about accumulating assets that will allow us to reach financial freedom.

Moreover, this is not to be considered “passive income”, on the contrary, it’s a very hands-on approach to real estate investing and typically should be executed by someone who has a passion for real estate or property management.
