I am not personally a fan. 

Even this tankless fan believes that it the case.  

I am personally not a fan of condos at all unless it is like beachfront or in a big city (NY, LA, Chicago where downtowns are prevalent).

If nothing else I take responsibility for that and will work to improve our communication systems between our franchisees, client success and sales team that's valid.As I have done before I'm a big fan of transparency and this forum, and will happily talk to anyone that has concerns about how we do business.

This has completely reinvigorated my passion for real estate and I am even more excited to get to work every single day.

Find out which unit it is coming from and ask them directly to stop smoking weed or to blow it out the window, use a fan, etc.

Another thing that I assumed I could rely on the IRA's experience and expertise, but it sounds like it wasn't done correctly.Thanks for all the feedback and passionate/helpful insight; I've reached out to Udirect and I am awaiting their response.
