We have set up auto/ACH rent payments in Stessa - which requires you to create an account with their bank partner. 

In my Captial partner business my clients are still doing BRRRR and selling to investors and home owners on flips..

Im wondering, wouldnt a way as a non-US resident to invest in real estate in the US on the same terms as US residents be as a limited partner in a syndication?  

My partners and I are flipping homes and doing some wholesaling.
