If I could have started out with B class properties I probably would have.Oh, and to answer your original question, on 20k properties bought in cash the closing costs are nominal, maybe $400.

If for instance a CPA is dealing with lower net worth clients then yes there is a possibility that the taxes they pay for not doing a 1031 exchange are more nominal compared to what they make for incomes etc.
