If she opposes it, it could likely cause harm to your succes and your marriage.

Unfortunately a failed marriage was the result of me losing 2 homes(the focus wasn't were it needed to be).

He also stated he's worked with people who have changed their name for citizenship or marriage, but not religious conversion.  

I guess it's kind of like never getting married after a bad 1st marriage, but is the extra hassle worth it?  

How did you find the marriage and divorce in the land title records?

My Intrest in REI at this point are , short sales, Bird dogging, Rehab a home and sell or rent it.As for my back ground ,I worked 20+ years for Lucent Technolagies, after that I lived part time in Thailand and had intrest in several " Bars "their, been very lucky to have traveled to a lot of the world, now I have a live in Girlfriend ( last 4 years ) no not Married , I think Marriage is the Number one cause of Divorce.

I contacted the family and discovered the owner had passed away without a will and there kids from two marriages and his widow and it took over a year to get the Title cleared so it could be sold.

I would be surprised if anyone posts how much cash they have on hand.They might just get a marriage proposal out of the deal if they do post it. :)
