He ultimately refi’d into a loan that felt hefty at first, but it freed him up to add another unit in the building.

My original loan amount is $323K, balance left $319K at 7% and 28 yrs and 8 months left.

Will you be funding your own rehab or would you need to roll those funds into your initial loan?

If it does not cash flow as a stand a loan rental don't buy.
