The $300 alone doesn't bother me much, but the franchise tax on top plus a potential excise tax on income begin to add up.

Also, TN has a Franchise and Excise (F&E) tax levied on businesses that are set in limited liability structures. 

Has anyone had any luck with garnishing wages, bank levy, debt collections, etc.
