Internet and cell service can be spotty in our mountains and more rural areas, so always good to check on that early on in the acquisition process.

@Stephanie Lopezhi, happy to help but not sure what to say here. just to be blunt, you're asking random people on the Internet... if you should meet another random person that you found on the Internet.

We start out building just an internal tool for our own wholesaling business, but we opened it up at some point to actually look for partnerships.The main difference is just we directly ping the credit union for phone numbers, so the data is never stale.
