I desperately need to sell my property I own at," when us Humans detect desperation we either want to pull away from the interaction or take advantage of the situation.

I think the REI meetings and interaction for a lot of people is important.For that reason I am a believer that in this industry if your new getting a RE license can be good thing.. you actually learn about real estate and laws.

Do they interact well with everyone?

I know a student relationship isn't asked below, but it probably should be.Now, I've been on bus tours but with national organizations of government housing officials, pretty dry, but it is good to see and even interact with a neighbor if there is time and you can get away from the tour guide.

I've thought about doing that as I do like the interaction with the guests but it is a job. 

Never bounce a check again :)  Make sure the bank has online interactions because that is the way most people are headed.

@Curt Davis that interactive map on your site is cool but drives me nuts because I scroll down on websites using the wheel on my mouse.
