I made the app because I was tired of people getting hosed by the tv personality gurus coming into my town and basically selling snake oil.

I currently have 15 year mortgage with less than 3% rate so I don't really want to refi my hose.

I also know a number of people in current builds that are getting hosed big time right now as their properties are not finished and have drug on for so long.  

I have one tenant whose kids have a knack for leaving the outside hose on (they pay water).

A garden hose is 6gpm.

so an unsuspecting buyer could get hosed that way. 

and you want to buy this house WHY  foundaiton issue  broke into and stripped  can you not see this is not an appropriate investment for someone starting out at ANY Price you going to get hosed you buy that property .. its a blessing just walk away and look for something in a better area in better shape.

For me, it is a control thing because I got hosed on my very 1st mortgage when the escrow kept swinging between $100 - $300 during those 1st six months.

Plastic interior could almost be hosed out if necessary.
