We had a mold analysis ($1200) done which was paid for by the Assoc. and it was inconclusive...may or may not cause health issues. 

Reacting to bad tenants, threats, or fear, will cause you more harm then if you sit back,  implement your lease agreement (according to the laws of your state), and let the courts do their job. 

I wasn't a threat because we were from differen states.

A young, single mom doesn't seem like much of a threat.

Long and short is that as a retaliation he says he's going to call the health board about mold in his bathroom.

A lot depends on the health and housing dynamic of the town.

Tommorow I am going to visit my first commercial property 4 apartments, 1 retail space and additional revenue from billboards and a future cell tower (I need to get details on this) I am not sure I want a cell tower on my building from a safety and health standpoint?
