The only gender specific teaching of which I am aware is at our Home Depot - they often have 'handy woman' classes and I have to say, it used to annoy the pee-willy out of me when they gave me a pink flyer and I'm buying construction materials whilst covered in paint, caulk and bandaids.

(I'm sure he'd love to harvest some appreciation, but I have observed him in this financial relationship to be more about short-term thinking and instant relief from pressures than about any sort of investment mindset.)Fact: I am in the midst of selling two of my properties (with closings coming up this week and July 2)--and I am about to have a lot of liquidity until I reinvest.

According to a designer I know, if you want more contrast, Softer Tan is the only SW beige without any pink tint to it.For exterior, we have found a nice combo of Serious Gray with white trim and Sundried Tomato doors and shutters...we have received more compliments on this color scheme than almost anything we have done...see listing below...http://www.irongatecharleston.com/listings/1808-sundancer-lane/

My idea being, it creates more of an attachment to a rental because the tenant may have a long term committment to be there to plant, care or harvest there garden.
