I am slowly being encouraged to move out of my own home because I will lack the necessary tools to maintain a safe and harmonious environment with my immediate tenants/neighbors.I view homeownership as a lifestyle investment—I can't afford a single family home and a multifamily building gave me the opportunity to become an owner.

Some investors are incredibly stingy when it comes to their numbers so when they are trying to find a deal it might take a little more time and effort because they are going for quality over quantity.  

One data source may be better in quality or quantity of info; just depends on the individual market.

My goals used to be 100 properties, but when I got to 20, I started to realize it is not about quantity, it is about quality and income of assets. 

Quantity was not an option.

Entire project must remain affordable so they cap the tenants rent including quantities @ 30% of the 100% of area median income. 

My ignorant perspective is the planet/market isn't producing these limited supplies in increasing quantity without a corresponding increase in input of energy and expense.  

Your property is likely close to the one they were just at in terms of quality and quantity.

More quality than quantity right now.
