Usually this feature of the 401k would be utilized when you have some personal short term financial need and can pay the loan off within few years.

We use a third party cap to do our book keeping so the book keeping feature of appfolio is never used.

So by billing "near Rice" as the main selling point, you may be bringing in mainly folks who are interested in that feature who are then disappointed.
