I see money taken away from me and used to pay for the medical care of elderly who did not plan for their own retirement health care.Now the government has gone so far as to tell me what size soft drink I can buy and force me to buy a private sector product and if I don't, I pay a penalty.You would think that a government this intrusive would at least protect it's International Borders, but they refuse to even do that.

Virginia has added "elderly" to the fair housing classes so you cannot discriminate on age, but that hasn't affected me as it's not as confusing as Annapolis' source of income and marital status categories or their inspection requirements.

The elderly sellers netted more, I netted a higher wholesale fee, the builder was thrilled to get a lot within 5 minutes of downtown, and the whole street will benefit from the dilapidated, abandoned house being replaced with two new homes (duplex/condos).

My park in Vancouver WA. had 44 spaces and 11 MH's came with the deal.. over a course of time the tenants ( usually elderly) passed away the Heirs would try to sell some did most did not and they just did not want to pay space rent anymore and gave us the homes that we then resold on contract.Also you can have veto power over the tenant in the MH if its a rental or not allow any of the units to be rented.

Times for all 1 beds might be student housing or the elderly who do not move much and need less space for a cheaper rent.All 1 beds are hard to get financed and refinanced down the road.
