And there was nothing about it being free but when a lit match burns near dry brush, the entire forest will go up in flames.

They left the unit in pretty rough shape: smoke damage in every room, ceiling fan broken, bedroom door broken in half, trash left behind, food rotting in fridge, and just general damage throughout.

Toward the middle of the house, the wood dries out significantly more than at the ends, where it is in near vicinity to the outside sheathing and the elements.

If your siding is not in bad shape and no rot I would just repaint it to a more modern color to imrpove its look.

Think bad fuel, dry rotted tires, rusty brakes and brake lines.

On 8/17/2021, they came back did some “core sampling and dry wall removal that revealed several areas of substrate damage and moisture intrusion.

The space we want is 10,000 Sq. ft.We anticipate growth, since most of our business requires dry storage.Three of us just started separate business, so this warehouse space is too large for our current needs.

You don't want water getting behind the shower walls and rotting wood.  

And today we are talking with our insurance company and the same time different type of contractors, trying to dry out, and repair the house.. not really  understanding what are possible  scenarios that can occur next..
