Hi everyone, i'm very new to wholesaling, watched a couple videos by Flipping Mastery TV on youtube and after some research, thought i'd do my first few offer calls.I was able to find 2 seller's agents who are interested but they don't want to sign a PSA with me until I have viewed the property in person.

Thats from the horses mouth Peter himself said this in a training video I watched today that was more of a commercial to sign up for the 1 on 1 couching.
