Good to see someone starting at such an young age.Try to see if you can get hold of a copy of The Millionnaire Real Estate Investor By Papasan and Keller.Also look at Real estate meetups in your area and Facebook GroupsThese help a lot and once you build  your network  I am sure more doors will  open to you

Network and try to find a mentor in these groups or wherever you can to help guide you through this industry as an investor.

you need to be networking, walking neighborhoods, building a team, and learning a market.

Hey @Jonathan Chan, we have several gap lenders in our network.

Our city has a really active networking community, look out for local events via google or other FB groups.

You should come check it out and network with other local investors of all experience levels, ask lots of questions and pay attention to the content provided.
